An Easy and Effective Candidate Assessment Tool
You have invested a lot of time and money during the hiring process. Do you really want the assessment of the candidates to be "What did you think of them?" This is often the assessment process most hiring managers use to determine if a candidate is qualified. The feedback is often as vague as the question, "I liked them."
